what we pride?

Arrogance is a disease that often get attacked by all of us, the seeds are too often appeared without us knowing it. At the lowest level, arrogant caused by material factors. We feel richer, more beautiful, more clever, and more respectable than others.

At the second level, caused by factors arrogant intelligence. We feel more intelligent, more competent, and more insightful than others.

At the third level, caused by factors cocky goodness. We often consider ourselves to be more moral, more generous, and more sincere than others.

Interestingly, the higher level of arrogance, the harder we also detect it. Arrogant because the material is easily visible, but cocky because knowledge, especially proud because of the kindness, difficult to detect because often only a subtle form of the seeds in our minds.

The roots of this vanity is the excessive ego. On a normal level, the ego presents itself in the form of self-esteem and confidence. However, once both of these things turn into pride, you've been very close to arrogance. Boundary between the pride and arrogance is not too clear.

We actually consists of two poles, namely the ego at one pole and a true awareness of the other poles. At the time of birth to the world, we are naked and do not have anything. However, over time, we began to cultivate various desires, beyond which we need in life. Sixth sense we have always said that we need more.

The journey of life tends to lead us toward the poles ego. Illusion of ego is what we introduce to the dualism of greed and hatred.This is root of all problems.

The struggle against pride is the struggle towards true consciousness. To be able to fight pride in all its forms, there are two paradigm shift we need to do. First, we need to realize that in essence we are not physical beings, but spiritual beings. Our authenticity is spirituality, while the physical body is just a means to live in the world. We're born with empty hands. Remember! We will die with empty hands.

So, each doing good to others, we actually do good to ourselves.

Then what is our pride?
